I remember asking you a few guesses ago if you were sure you hadn't made any mistakes in the answers, because I couldn't find any words that logically fit the info. I didn't realize I should have asked if the original word was correct! 
I knew it started with RAIN and probably had a D, R, and E in it, but since there's no word spelled like that, I guessed the only word that had an R and a D, even though I knew the B was wrong. Soooo much time over the years!

We have a winner! That is, in fact, the official dictionary spelling, which I went with for my cat because I thought it would be easier. Literally no one has ever gotten it right the first try -- but it is easy to explain ("all the vowels are A's, and there's only one L" helped even a first grader spell it correctly).
