For those topics one could describe as the forum equivalent of a twinkie. Word games, forum contests and giveaways are all the rage here.

Tue Aug 19, 2008 3:33 am
Xylophone-playing people should be duct taped.

Your username makes it very easy for the next person to post, Zilary.

Zilary has quite the point...maybe all drummers should be too.
Tue Aug 19, 2008 3:48 am
Absolutely. Drummers are the worst.
Tue Aug 19, 2008 5:27 am
But the drummers in drum line always say the funnies things!
Tue Aug 19, 2008 7:11 am
Cue drumroll.
...Pardon the pun.
Tue Aug 19, 2008 8:17 am
Drums are quite basic instruments, I would be horrified to have to play one!

Evil people play the drums.
Tue Aug 19, 2008 12:37 pm
For real?
Hmm... Maybe I should start playing the drums...
Tue Aug 19, 2008 12:39 pm
Gosh Rox - I guess that means you're evil if you want to play the drums...
*runs to vote for Rox in werewolf*
just kidding

Haha, that's actually a legit deduction.
Tue Aug 19, 2008 2:04 pm
I always make legit deductions

Just for the record, I think that drums and drum players are awesome AND evil.

Kinda a contradiction, though

One of my "friends" was a percussionist. He thought he was an amazing drummer and was very full of himself.
It was a common joke around the music department that we were not expanding the music centre for kicks and because it was time for a makeover, but that we were expanding it so he could get his inflated head through the doors.
(Wasn't a good idea to tell him that you thought percussion was easy. "I'D LIKE TO SEE YOU TRY IT!!!"
Cue me, when I was sick and unable to play the clarinet, playing mallet percussion for a 10-minute song at a concert a week and a half after first looking at the piece. THAT TAUGHT HIM.)
