Strange Neomails!

THat sort of junk used to happen to me alllll the time. Now I only accept neomails from friends, though.

I even got one once that was some what like, "if u gime ur pb i will tell u a secrt code to type in da chatz 5 times den g oto lost island an ull find 325p987246-9873968np but u gottgive me pb fore i caan tell u a code."

I like those kind of neomails the best. My daughter just got one like that--"pleese i hat tu say im poor and i want a paintbrush trade paint brushes online u first i will give u one after u do so how about it i promice!!!" Gee, even at 11, she can smell a rat a mile away!!!!

I can't block neomails, though--I use the tp to stock my gallery--so I have to sift through the muck and sludge to find the "trade" neomails.

I just started playing neopets. I went 2 ur shop. It looks great and i wanted 2 buy something but they r all over 1000 np. I only ogt 50 np..lol but its true cause i bought a shop. If u have items u dont need plz give them 2 me. *on my knees* I need some items 4 the shop. Thnx

That reminds me. One time a girl I didn't know neomailed me out of the blue and all it said was:

"can i have a paint brush, please anser yes or no"

and I neomailed her back saying, "No."

This is what I got in reply.

"well ok but u didnt have to be so blunt about it."

I nearly fell out of my chair laughing about that one.

Great neomails guys, they crack me up! Although some were hard to read because of the spelling/grammer/ whatever mistakes....

There was this one time for me when I put a cooty up for trade, and someone neomailed me asking if they can have it for free because they got 'scammed'. So when I said no she said:
: 'Your so mean I wasn't asking for much, i'm going to block you!'

Ok so they blocked me.
Two minutes later:
Them:

'I blocked you'

... later...

'Did you block me too?'

... again later...

'Hello??'

... two weeks later they are still sending me messages...


* Ah and note - they had horrible spelling..

the best offer (well actually it was the worst) i ever had on a trade of pbs worth like 700k or so was an old boot and 1 single np. then they neomaled me, asking if i would just accept it so they could get on with it, of course, my wishlist did state that the lot was reserved for someone who i had already negotiated with, and not for trade with other people. i just guess some people just don't read.

Yeah, it seems a lot of people don't. I used to put the avatar items reserved for borrowing by my guild members up for trade in the guild account, saying in the wishlist that they were for guild members only. I got so many bids and neomails that I eventually took them out. :?

'can u please please please accept my offer!!! =]'


Me: 'Erm, I'm sorry, but my Secret Laboratory Map Piece is worth more than 5000np and a Fishberry.'

It: 'how much is it worth?'

Me: Around 40000np.

It: Oh =[ .. thanks anyway.. but if ur feeling genorous it would be great apprioated..!!.. but reject if nOt =[

I was posting on the TC a few days ago, advertising my trades and sometimes negotiating. I got a relatively normal but irritating poster demanding info I'd put into my first post, like how much I wanted for each item. And every time they posted, they sent me a neomail with the same comment or question as the post...

I hate it when that happenes. A long time ago, someone neomailed me and said the prices in my shop are too high. I checked and I really did have some overpriced items" (I try to keep them below wiz, cuase I like them to sell fast). I checked his shop to see why he was complaining and I saw that he had wet snowballs for about 200np. As the good citizen that I am, and one who doesnt like criticism, I sent him a neomail back saying "thanks for noticing, but your shop has also very overpriced items. As I thought, I got a neomail back saying "I sold a lot of items already with the prices, and you don't have the right to say that." I said that I also gain a lot of money from my shop, and that I was just doing what he was doing, trying to help a poor citizens from averpriced shops. Then the cursing began, and he wrote in very bad 1337 so I didn't understand anything. I tried to keep my cool and he stopped. After a fay days, without even reporting him, he was obviously frozen...
