The Muppet Show ruled!
Animal was one of my favorites... and the big monster that ate everyone.
I love seeing the clips of the Muppets on Ed Sullivan. Like the one where Kermits playing the piano and the big monster eats him.
So classic.

I want that show on DVD SO BADLY!

I can't remember if it was on the original Muppet Show or Muppets Tonight where I saw this...but one of my favorite "eating" segments is this monster that eats another monster and then proceeds to sing "I've Got You Under My Skin" with the little monster popping out of his mouth sometimes to sing along. XD

Muppets Tonight was okay. It's more contemporary then the original since the scenery looks like that of a talk show then an old fashioned theater. Clifford was an okay host but Kermit was better. Nevertheless I still found the show funny. I think the Garth Brooks one is my favorite. Kicking chickens off the roof while singing "If I Were A Rich Man"...just thinking about it still make me laugh.

I can't decide on a favorite Classic episode though. I know I was going crazy over the Star Wars ep with Luke Skywalker and his dweeby look-alike running around. :)

I loved (and still do) the Muppets! Miss Piggy was always my favourite, I think it's just because of my childhood liking of pigs!

I still remember the Muppets Tonight episode with Cindy Crawfard, and it was something like everything she said the word "Phenomenon" all these monsters would pop up and sing "Doo Doo-Doo Doo Doo Doo!" or something like that and then she goes all crazy and the monsters just look at her.

Never really liked Clifford though. Muppet's Treasure Island WAS really funny. The Old Tom, Really Old Tom, and Dead Tom part is a classic moment.
