A while ago my mom took away my laptop, and I was bored of listening to the same old music...
So I decided to check out my parents collection of music which is huge...
And I was so suprised from what they had...
I listen to classic rock when i'm in the mood, but thats rarly.

My parents went to a Pink Floyd concert while my mom was pregnant with me, so technically I was there XP

even bands we consider rock today were country back in the 70's. Sweet Home Alabama? yeah. in the 70's that was country.
as for Blink? might do them a favor if you spelled it right.
as for you raiu...please check your spelling. its quite a stretch to call yourself a fan of a band if you cant even get the spelling of their name correct.

Ducky, was a public berating really necessary?
You are complaining about their spelling/grammar, yet, you didn't even use it yourself.

shapu that is a wonderful band list. styx is awesome live. they came quite a few years ago with kansas. it was a great show. nothing like going to a rock concert with your father!

For some reason, whenever I think of Kansas, I think of Old School, and nothing else.

EDIT: And I've met Dennis DeYoung - I work at a local public television station (KETC) pledge drive, and he was at one in January. He's a goofy guy, and really easy-going for a former rock superstar. He doesn't like to talk about today's Styx, though, since he left in such a huff. They did a reunion tour a few years ago, but he's solo again.

Dude, you just named some of my favorite bands. Add The Eagles, The Rolling Stones, and maybe a few others that I can't remember, and you've got mine. If you could consider Meat Loaf to be classic rock, him too.

And The Beach Boys are good.

So yes, I am a huge classic rock fan. As is one of my best friends, although Led Zeppelin is his favorite.

I've got quite a bit of classic rock around here apparently. The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Queen, Pink Floyd. I guess Eric Clapton could be considered classic rock too. I really don't know what all is "classic".

I love The Beatles. I think it's because their songs are so old (like "Yellow Submarie") that it appeals to me. lol weird.

I also like Eric Clapton. His music is considered classic rock right? :)

I love classic rock. ^-^ The Who, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Ozzy Osbourne, Led Zepplin, all that good stuff. I like Pink Floyd the most.

Classic rock rocks! I love listening to it. Mainly because they don't synthesize their voices, at least I don't think so. ^0^

I feel weird saying this among all you classic rock fans, but I don't listen to any classic rock. I guess I haven't been exposed to it much, probably why I don't like it or know much of it.

Twelve words:

The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars

Oh, yeah! I love classic stuff. I like The Beatles, U2, Elvis, Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin, Queen, and my favorite, Duran Duran! :D

I get quite mad when my brothers and their friend call classic music "crappy" and say that rap is the best. -_-

David Bowie.. *eye flutters* He is simply amazing.

It's alright I guess. Not every single classic rock song. But I do like Aerosmith though :) I got Steven Tyler's autograph a few years ago at some art festival thing.

I'm also a fan of 80's rock like Duran Duran and a huge fan of Pink Floyd. Floyd can do no wrong in my eyes.

Floyd only did one thing wrong: letting Waters leave.
