I bought my Lupe an altachuck!  I'm planning on eventually getting each of my pets a petpet of their own. http://www.neopets.com/petlookup.phtml?pet=Cyran_o_ss
I also just had to buy a quest item for a light faerie that set me back 7000 NPs. D: Damn quests are expensive, man! |

Reselling is actually pretty easy for me. I tend to sell berries and any semi-rare items I get. I try to sell them for a little higher without jacking up the price. (I've found that things sell better if they're just a little higher than the first price on the Shop ... |
