it was up long enough to lose 2 levels from lab, lose in all my freebies, and see my 2 sparkshooters missing and Aisha Myriad ( ok, the Aisha Myriad disappeared from my pet almost 2 years ago. What can I do. I can still dream  ) |

Already made my first 100K on my *NEW* account
congrats
Since the 2 weeks I've been frozen, I went from 220k and Rainbow petpet paint brush to 750k and Ramtors Spellbook. But now its 140k and Ramtors Spellbook because auction glitch

my luck gets better  just lost around 600k trying to bid on an auction after the lag kicked in. It took the bid, but when i left, my money was gone but i got no bid. |

Gulp! I recieved a reply, but its a doomsday sign 
":( Unfortunetly, the account cannot be unfrozen."
I'm going to keep trying, but if one staff member tells me that, its not a good sign for others. |

You have to realise that you aren't the only person using the forms. Frozen forms / Staff inboxes get continually spammed. It slows the entire process down. Wait up to two weeks before resending a form.
I hope your wrong, although your probably right . I'll keep a day count until I get a reply ... |

I dunno. My friend sent a ton of HIGH PRICE stuff to her gallery account. Oh, but she never played games on the gallery account. Both were frozen when mine was, I think.

It is quite possible that because so many new people are coming on to PPT to post about being frozen, that the staffers have put a block on their email addresses.
ahh, that is horrid. Shouldnt the staff be there to help people, not ignore them?
