High HP is usually good IF you are paired with weapons with high iconage, otherwise, high everything else except HP becomes preferable but only by a little bit.

However, if you train both defense and strength to 25 for your poogle-no need to train level-then your poogle will outweigh your kacheek ...

Once again, you'd have to train to around level 40 to start doing anything else.

Go with the Kacheek. You're going to have the train the poogle at least 25 levels before you can train your other stats. The codestone prices will be bad compared to training your more balanced one.
