| I was able to finish the weather (1 mod) and Civilian (2mods), but my three modifier puzzles have 8 or 10 characters, not 6 or 7 like I see from previous posters, so I suspect the charmander key won't work for me. |

| I haven't seen this tip posted, but for folks stuck on the water puzzle - there are three rooms in the plant. Make sure all the wheels are oriented with the cross bars vertical and horizontal - not diagonal. All the levers should point down except for the middle one in the third room. That seems to ... |
