Hi, guys. You might remember me from this topic or my avatar. Anyway, here's my second work. This is the inked version. Comments and criticisms are welcome. :D

I'm also a proud owner of a new avatar

That's pret-ty dang cool! What program did you colour it with?

One thing, though... something about the arm holding the sword strikes me as off... And if that's a katana, both the blade and handle should be a lot longer. And you should decorate the sheath, yesyes precious!

Eh.. like what most people use, Photoshop? Along with an optical mouse... 0:)

Since I didn't look up for pics of katana, I didn't know the exact length of the blade and handle :battar:

By the way, that's a blade, not a sheath :D

Oh, you're talking about the linart

I use everyday graphic pen and draw it on paper :battar:

Mini-tutorial:
1) Draw the sketch
2) Scan and make the sketch a lighter color with Photoshop
3) Print the lighter (I used cyan) sketch out
4) Ink it
5) Scan it again and remove the cyan lines

By the way, do you know a freeware like Adobe Streamline? When the art is zoomed in, I can see that the lines are all jagged... :\
