How does this effect your choice?

Does it deter you from picking it or does it make you want to pick it more?

Nope! Nice try though. Better luck next time.

What it does is make me want to choose "Don't choose this one," solely because you don't want me to choose it. However, since the whole point of this is to choose the second response, I felt the need to choose the first response.

Using my amazing powers of intellect, I defeat your evil scheme by refusing to answer the poll!

"But it's so simple. All I have to do is divine from what I know of you: are you the sort of man who would put the poison into his own goblet or his enemy's? Now, a clever man would put the poison into his own goblet, because he would know that only a great fool would reach for what he was given. I am not a great fool, so I can clearly not choose the wine in front of you. But you must have known I was not a great fool, you would have counted on it, so I can clearly not choose the wine in front of me."

:P This poll just reminded me of that quote from The Princess Bride. Anyhoo, I chose what wasn't expected to be chosen...yes, that's it....

It doesn't work on me if (I can tell) it's intentional :P

I picked neither, refusing to vote.

I believe your spelling of effect should actually be "affect," and i too exercised my democratic right to refuse to vote

Anyhoo, I'm a contradictory sort of person, so I had to choose don't choose this one. I don't like being told what to do. :P

Mine choice wasn't so much Democratic right as pig-headed determination to be honest...

I chose the top one because it was telling me to choose it.

Wed Jul 05, 2006 3:51 pm

I chose neither. How does that sound? :P

Hmm... but didn't you answer the poll by replying that you didn't choose an answer? :P

This is the thread. The poll is the thing with selections above.
