How does one tell friends that one is back after an unexpected dissappearance?

For (almost) a year, I've been gone, on sort of a sabbatical. I was planning on waiting a year, but I couldn't stand to come back any later.

I wish I had something to say that would sound nice and emotional, but I don't...

If I made anyone mad by leaving, (especcially the group I was RPing with) I'm sorry this was so unexpected.

I wish I had that Gary Larson cartoon with all the furniture coming into this guy's house and saying, "We're BACCCCK!" I think that fits the situation perfectly.
