I believe they're a kids toy and that people control them, not spirits. But I know other people believe otherwise, and thats cool. I find the whole idea of them fascinating.

No.
Funny Calvin and Hobbes: Calvin has a ouiji board, and asks it, "Will I ever be President?" The reply: "Dear God, no."
This is a great website to freak out your friends, you can find guides on various websites...

I think they're silly. Yes, I've used them. And yes, I've moved them around to say certain phrases. I don't believe they communicate with spirits.

I've used it a few times. I think it's interesting, but I don't think spirits move them.

A few times, once with a homemade board(a piece of paper with the appropriate letters, numbers, and yes/no options) with a wine glass for the moving part. They're grand fun, especially for a small group in someone's basement around midnight. With a group of three or four, there are enough people that the marker will move, but not so many that one person will be able to move it without it being obvious--in other words, the best freak-the-whole-group-out size.

Ouija boards are pretty entertaining, though I must say that I doubt the mystic powers of anything mass-produced by Milton Bradley.
My mom would never let my sister and me play with one when we were little, but my cousins had a board. It was fun to scare them with stories from the Ouija board about how ghosts lived in their bedrooms.
