Anything and everything goes in here... within reason.

Did anyone here play an April Fool's joke, or get an April Fool's joke played on them? (Apart from on here, that is.)
I really wanted to play one, but I didn't get any chances. I did get to see a few in action, most notably the Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film For Theaters(or whatever it was). For those who missed it, they "premiered" the movie on Cartoon Network in a little teensy box in the lower left corner of the screen during reruns of some other shows. Like,
really teensy. I was amused.

I told several of my best friends various reasons why I couldn't be friends with them anymore, followed up with "April Fools!". I don't know if they thought I was serious or not....

I couldn't do my annual prank on my mom this year. Every year I call her up and say, "The girls have been *really* good today!" and then we both laugh.

This year, my parents had the girls on April Fool's, though. :/
I was too busy with the PPT April Fool's to do much offline. Maybe next year.

Like Jas, I was way too busy with stuff here to do anything in the real world for April Fools. Here was definitely awesome though!

I was playing C&C 3 and thus, was utterly blind to the world without Tiberium.

The rebellion was awesome, but I think the question is asking about offline people. Well, my family tried to tell me that my brother had accidentally wiped my memory card, but I didn't buy it.

The only one who tried was Tim. He failed, and was punished. XD
No one else tried, because I didn't really talk to anyone else that day.

Wouldn't it have made more sense to transfer the files to his own computer and hand you the empty drive?

Well you all know what my online joke was
But IRL... I called my dad "crying" and went on for a good ten minutes about how I just didn't want to be in college anymore. It was my first true triumph over my parents, I've never been able to fool them before XD

The radio station here tried a big prank. Breaking Benjamin is from my city, and the rock radio station said that they had a lawsuit going with their record company and the company was going to make the radio station stop playing Breaking Benjamin. They said there would be a petition on their site at noon on Sunday to get BB back on the radio. The first broadcast was Friday morning, and they kept it up all weekend. I thought it sounded suspicious, but I actually forgot about it until my brother called me late Friday and reminded me what day Sunday was. So he gets credit for figuring it out. I went on the site to see how they would reveal it, and they had one of the guys in the band record an MP3 telling NEPA they were fooled. It was pretty funny, as hundreds of people here apparently believed it. XD

I didn't try anything, 'cause I'm lazy like that. One of my little brothers tried to give me chocolate water(like, put the chocolate milk powder in water instead of milk), but that didn't work as the reason he knew of it was that I pulled it on him last year XD

I was involved in fooling people, and I was fooled by one of my friends and almost fooled by other people.
On a forum for a region on NationStates, I did a sorta big April Fools' thing... I changed the skin from green to a bright pink, made all the admins (except one) clones of that one admin, and acted like he had taken over the forum.
Offline, one of my friends from high school fooled me and several other people into thinking she and her boyfriend broke up. It was extremely convincing too.

I was fooled and I fooled people, for PPT that is.
Somehow April Fool's lost its appeal in University, it was fun in high school. When I didn't cry continuously because of stress, heh.
