My mum told me about that this morning, that KFed has demanded an emergancy meeting. Apparantly it said in the papers that its likely he'll get full custody because he's kept his nose clean, and Britney...hasnt. Didn't he do the stuff that she's doing through there entire marriage though? Simply because he's a guy, and only famous for being married to Brit, it isnt Headline News. I think Brit just letting off steam at the moment, but doesnt know when to stop. I hope she gets help soon for the sake of her kids.

I don't know if it's in that article or not, but K Fed said that if she leaves this time without receiving full treatment, he's going to take the kids for good.
She's building the case for him and all he has to do is watch. D:

Correct me if I'm wrong but don't women usually always get the childern in divorce battles?

The way I see things the person who gets the custody of the children should be whoever is the fittest mentally to look after them and not be based on gender. (Sadly the courts these days seem to be more in favor of the women when it comes down who get to look after the childern. In some cases the father is also denied access to see his own childern by the mother who has much right to see them as long he is fit enough to do.)

If neither are fit to look after childern then Social Services have the right to put the childern in for adoption where the childern can get a chance to be adopted by parents who are fit enough to look of them.

Considering that KFed seems to be the fittest mentally of the two then I second DM was on fire!'s GO K FED.

BTW Can someone tell me how did KFed managed take over Jon Dalton as America's Most Hated despite the fact that Dalton lied about that the fact his grandmother died before he left to compete on Survivor in order to gain symampty from the other contestents and the viewing auidence?

I didn't mean that because he's a guy he'll get the kids- I meant that because he's a guy, when he was out till all hours during the marriage and doing Brit-stuff, it didnt make headline news like it is with Britney herself. While married to Britney, he squandered away a great deal of her money- cars, clothing, etc. Of course, she does that as well, but still.

He also started dating Britney while Shar Jackson was pregnant with his child- she'd also already had a child by him before. He's all but abandoned the two kids now- prefers his kids by Britney, apparently. :/
