Well, if you want to spend a bit of time, Hamburger Helper is easy to make and generally foolproof. There's also a lot of food that you pretty much can just stick in a pan, turn up the heat, and stir every once in a while. I've usually gotta cook for my brothers, so I'm in the same boat
