I'd like to meet Stephen King although I think I'd be a little scared of him because he has a weird mind and looks...freaky. But I'd still like to meet him and chat to him. He writes excellent horror stories.

I'd want to meet AFI, I've heard they're all sweethearts in real life. (Laeyla met them! *envy*)
Or I'd want to meet Amber, she has an art site and a webcomic that I've been following for years now. It's amazing watching her art get more and more amazing. Plus, she's what inspired me to ever want to draw in the first place. I've sent her an e-mail once, and she replied...I was soo happy! She told me to only draw if it makes me happy, and never to draw to please anyone else. She's so sweet.

I don't know if you'd called them famous but Hitler, Dracula (Vlad), Elizabeth Bathory or Caesar so I could give them the third degree and find out exactly what messed up things were going on in their heads. Other than that, maybe Drew Barrymore she seems like a cool girl or Keanue Reeves - he's lovely. I don't really follow any one (or couple of) famous person(s) these days so I don't really have an idol to want to meet.
