Anything and everything goes in here... within reason.

A few years ago, back in 8th grade, I purchased a bag of entirely black M&Ms off their website for a project. They tasted the same as normal M&Ms (good, heh), but I didn't think they would mass distribute them. I've never seen the black and white ones sold around here.

When I saw this topic last night I thought nobody would reply to it, but you proved me wrong. White M&Ms are disgusting. I know theres no difference in taste but they are so much worse than the coloured or black ones.

Oooh. Damn this thread! I'm craving M&Ms really bad now. Particularly gooey melted ones.
My therapist used to have a jar of white ones on her desk. It was supposed to look like a jar of pills... disturbing. O.o
I like the Christmas ones. Red & Green.
I prefer Peanut Butter M&Ms, and then Milk Chocolate (haha, they used to be claled 'Plain') and then Peanut, and Crispy (I really hate Crispy ones).
I love the 'Colour my world' commercials they have for the black and white ones.

*Pokes* M&Ms don't melt! That's why they were created. They were invented during some war, and the soldiers wanted something sweet that wouldn't melt. Therefore, the M&M (not that brand, but the same thing), was invented.
And I had some. I think they taste exactly the same, but I still miss the colors.

If you squeeze them in your fist hard enough, they melt, sometimes you have to crush the shell a bit. Also, if you use them in cookies or something, the heat from the oven will melt them, of course, you have to eat the cookies fresh from the oven to get the melty effect.

Hmmm, I don't like this at all.
I like to seperate the colours before eating them...
And last I checked seperating blacks and whites isn't exactly the best way to spend a friday evening. Knowing my family, I'll end up being called Orval Faubus the rest of the weekend.
(offtopic how on EARTH do you survive highschool with a name like Orval Faubus? Can you tell he had a rich daddy who could protect him and fire the daddies of any bullies who tried to beat him up...)

I do the seperation thing, but it's based on obsessive compulsiveness. I make sure that there's an equal amount of every colour. The extras are discarded (given to someone else to eat) having less colours makes it quite easier, however, as I haven't tried the black and white ones yet, I've only had an easy time with it at Christmas with the red and green ones.

I never did like the peanut butter ones. I just saw them as a rip off of Reeses Pieces, which I love lol. I wonder if they'll ever come out with dark chocolate ones. *loves anything dark chocolate* I eat dark chocolate hershey kisses like they're going out of style. Now I just need dark chocolate m&ms

Dark chocolate m&ms would be GODLY and for the record... peanut butter m&ms will never come anywhere close to being as good as Reeses Pieces. My prefered method of dark chocolate kiss eating is to bit off the point, then place the whole thing in my mouth, and just let it melt there. Mmmm.

The black & white M&M's have been here for a long time... I remember seeing them in '03 at least. The normal coloured ones and the Shrek swampy coloured ones are starting to come now, though. I loved the black and white, btu I think the swamp colour is nifty also.
