Anything and everything goes in here... within reason.

Oh, I have these nights where I just lie in bed all night long and end up like a zombie the next day. Then because I get overtired because I didn't sleep the night before so I can't sleep again, and finally I crash and sleep for about thirteen hours. Probably not healthy, but there isn't much I can do. Tea does nothing for me. The only thing that puts me to sleep is my migraine medicine but I'm not going to take that just so I can sleep you know?

I guess the trick is to find something that calms you down enough to where you could sleep.

might i suggest that you go a day without any sleep.
works for me, just try and stay awake until about eight the next day, and set your alarm clock (did this a few nights ago, but forgot my alarm clock. result is that i slept for twenty hours!)
dont overdo it though, you start.. suffering from it after about three days without sleep.
(permanent memory loss at three, severe mental damage at four, severe psychological at five, severely weird stuff at six and seventh? lets not mention seventh.)
*speaks from recalling his six day stint with a combine eight hours sleep*
wasnt pretty.

Insomnia is not fun. I usually get 4 whole hours of sleep. I should consider myself lucky. (Looks at clock) It's only 1 AM...
