We don't have a tree or decorations. Chucked them out ages ago 
Though last year we did buy a mini one. Forgot what was hung on it though.

Probably not. My family usually leaves the decorating until the last minute anyways, I'm quite happy with it that way.

Uhm... no. Why should I put them up earlier? Anyway I usually wake up a morning and find that my family already put them up. Easier.
