Anything and everything goes in here... within reason.

I have the same one as matchbow and Jen. =D
Sun Mar 19, 2006 5:24 pm
90-100 = 4/A
80-89 = 3/B
70-79 = 2/C
65-69 = 1/D
0-64 = 0/F
The elementary school's grading system is a little different, but that's what is for the school I'm in right now.
Sun Mar 19, 2006 5:33 pm
90/100 = A+
85/90= A
80/85 = A-
76/79 = B+
73/75 = B
70/73 = B-
60 + = C, C+, C-
50+ = D-, D, D+
40+ (or -) = F

4 = Above grade level expectations and state standards
3 = Meeting grade level expectations and state standards
2 = Below grade level expectations and state standards
1 = Fails to meet grade level expectations and state standards
Then there can be plus and minus for each number. I hate this grading system. 99% of students fall under a 3. A 3 is basically anwhere between a 60 and 95. It sucks.

I'm in uni so the scale depends on the class and the professor. But if you want to translate it to your overall GPA 4.0 scale, I believe it's 4.0 = A, 3.7 = A-, 3.3 = B+, 3.0 = B, 2.5 = C+. 2.0 = C, 1.5 = D, anything below is F. I could be mistaken about the latter portion.

90-100 A
80-89 B
70-79 C
60-69 D
0 - 59 F

Apparently my grading scale is the envy of many. But seeing how some of you have much more lenient ones and much more strict ones...I'd just say this one is nice and in between.
86-100+ = A
73-85 = B
67-72 = C+
60-66 = C
50-59 = C-
0-49 = D/F/I (usage depends on teacher's preference)
A is 85.5 de facto, B is 72.5, and so on. Decimal marks are rounded, not omitted.
