It depends what I'm in the mood for. I like eggs in many many forms (steamed, scrambled, hard boiled, made into other foods, etc).

Burried, to grow Chickens.

Poached :)

Chawanmushi style...

It's like steamed eggs except silky smooth and you have to get them from the Sushi Bars here.

Definitely hard-boiled. Hard-boiled with salt. There's just no other way to eat them, in my humble opinion. Well ok, I must confess that I've never even eaten scrambled eggs; the dish is not that common in the country I live in. Actually the only reference you can see or hear about scrambled eggs here, is in the ending theme of Frasier.

Baked in things. Not a huge fan of eggs on their own...

Omelettes. Otherwise: fried overeasy, or as a key ingredient in stir-fried rice.

Fried, poached, scrambled or soft-boiled. Omelettes are really tasty, too. No real preference in actual egg type, though, I like them all equally.

Scrambled with cheese. :)

Definitely scrambled.

I hate eggs unless theyre plainly scrambled with some milk and salt. My mother makes spectacular deviled eggs, but knowing Im eating an egg ruins it for me.
