I dont see a bike...I see what looks like a person who just jumped off a ledge and has their feet tucked in and their arms up in the "pencil" position.

ah ducky you had me in stitches there XD

Personally I reckon it's a hoax. There is probably some really silly little explanation to it all, what got me though is when it flies across the mountain side, if you look at it carefully it almost looks as if it changes colour halfway through its flight, but that's probably because of the crappy camera.
I'll scratch UFO off my list, the whole lore on vampires and how they burn in the day type of thing scratches them off my list, and witches are probably too busy spewing their own bodily fluids to fly around like that.
If It's a flying person though, I say its evoloution! Next thing you know there will be kiddies everywhere with different powers and abilities. Wahey.
I would seriously kill for super powers actually :P

In this day and age, witches and warlocks possibly would travel by teleporting from one place to another with a teleport spell (Bewitched) to avoid suspicion though they would have to get their distance right or else they could end up somewhere like Mexico.

Yeah, but everyone knows that teleport is a horrendously inaccurate spell, and only high level mages can use it accurately.

And warlocks totally cant teleport.
