Definitly tutor. I used to get $20/hour to tutor French to some rich people's kids.

So cruel.

Yeah, definitely tutor. You can ask Ammer and I think he'll tell you, I did absolutely nothing last semester in classes(I'm not the greatest student. ;) ).

I managed to run a $20-$25/kid tutoring job for a good six months. You don't even really need to be to knowledgable on the subject(I'm terrible at math, but they don't have to know that).

I only got $12/hour to tutor math and I'm actually semi-good at it. No fair. :x

You could always return pop bottles. You can get like 20 bucks if you have a fair amount.

Hmm... try having an art sale? Draw pictures and paint them, or if you're not a great drawer, try abstract. The only problem is painting and making the pictures takes a long time, and people may not pay too high for them unless you put them up on EBay or somewhere where a lot of people will see them.

Find random objects and go door-to-door selling. It sounds crazy, and certainly odd, yes, but I made about $10 doing that once. I found stuff laying in the street (that people had obviously thrown away) and just walked around asking people to make their bids. I think they just bought them 'cause they felt sorry for me. Imagine a 10 year old comming to your door and asking you if you'd like to buy nails (like you hit with a hammer). :P

If you live in a city (or a place with a good population) do a street act. If you play an instrument, set out a suitcase or something for people to drop money in and play songs for them. Juggle, if you know how, or even do gymnastic stunts. Practically any little talent would work.

You can still apply for jobs anywhere. Even if they do not have help wanted signs up, stores may need help. I know different places I worked for never put signs up, but were looking offen. Specially a few weeks before Thanksgiving holidays. So go to your local mall and apply to all the stores

Only bad thing about working at the mall is that you won't get any holidays off, so be prepared to work thanksgiving day and the day afterwards...Christmas Eve, and New Years Eve etc. That's a big pain when working retail during the holiday months...and when it's not the holiday months it may be difficult to get weekends off.
