I have trouble getting to sleep in the first place, so I like to avoid anything that'd make it even harder.

So do I, but I'm not that logical. =P

I never really intend to take a nap or plan it or anything. Sometimes when I get home though I sit on the couch to watch a show and the next thing you know, I'm sleeping. I hate waking up afterwards though. As for throwing off my sleeping patterns, they're already pretty messed up so it doesn't really make a difference.

I take naps only if I'm sick or really exhausted. I took a nap yesterday because I stayed home sick. I don't really like taking naps. When I wake up I feel like I wasted a day.

When I was little I absolutely hated naps. Now I'm a senior in high school and I love naps. Sadly I'm much too busy to take naps. I do get to take them every once in awhile when I'm too tired to do homework and my mom makes me lay down for awhile, or the rare ocassion when I don't have as much homework so I can relax. Usually it is for about an hour or two.

my god, i love afternoon naps. i love the way the light is soft and yellow in the afternoons, coming in the window at a slant. light in the morning hits things, where afternoon light touches them. it's a wonderful thing to wake up to, the afternoon sun kissing your cheek.

I occasionally take naps, but rarely when I'm home. When I'm home, I only take naps if I'm sick or my eyes hurt. But however, I nap often (for no particular reason) in the car, as I have nothing better to do during the long rides I often have. :P

Sometimes, I just can't stay awake and fall asleep. Unfortunately, that is very rare for me. Typically when I fall asleep, I won't wake up until six the next morning. =p

No, there's no time to.

I would like to have naps.
