Anything and everything goes in here... within reason.

I didn't even know 7-7-07 had become a special day. o.O
I really see no point whatsoever in even thinking that/coming up with it. Same goes for 6/6/06.
It's pathetic what silly superstitions people come up with.
As for whoever has mentioned they were going on vacation to Las Vegas. Don't do itttt! It's really hot. Really, really hot. 110 here now.
There's really nothing great about Las Vegas. It's just a city full of idiotic gamblers, prostitutes, etc.

Too late...my family has had it booked for months. We're just seeing Love (the Beatles/Cirque du Soleil show) while we're there. No gambling, no skanky misadventures.

Thanks for the heat warning though! At least it'll be dry heat, not humid heat.

I'm horribly jealous. Take me with you. I can fit in a suitcase.

Not in mine you can't! It's rather small...possibly too small for an eight day trip, too.
Also, while we're on that side of the country, we're going to try catching a Flight of the Conchords concert in LA.

And we'll do some other stuff...not sure what though.

Ah, okie dokie then, lol. I haven't seen that show myself but one of my friends went a while back and completely loved it. =D He said it was amazing, have fun!

They did release a spectacularly bad re-make movie, though. Close enough.

Bah. That date fails because of the 07.
Now, 11/11/11 is a brilliant day. Also my birthday. Its going to be a costume party, I want everyone coming dressed as lines.

I have a feeling it's gonna be a horrible day for me...I'm throwing a bridal shower for my best friend that day..and i know disaster will strike. Her mother-in-law to be is horrible...and has been stressing me out so much over the past month for this shower, we make plans then she goes and does something totally different, or forgets what I tell her!. And just when I thought we had everything straightened out/planned for the shower, she calls me today about more stuff we already figured out weeks ago!
Oh and when I told her we would have about 45 people there...she gasped and thought that was such a large number, as the hall would only seat 50. Then she calls me today and tells me she expects 50 people from her church (when last week she told me it was only 7 from her church) and failed to remember that 45 was a large number to her.
I expect bad things on Saturday...I can't wait for this shower to be over with...

I for one predict Al Gore will announce his candidacy on 7-7-07.

Oh ha ha? O.o
7/7/07 is the day I leave to go to the beach for a week with my best friend! That's pretty perfect, I'd say.

So far, I had to pick up a friend whose crazy religious parents kicked her out and expected her to sleep in a tent on the lawn, almost got T-boned by some idiot in a Scion who ran a stop sign, and my dad is having the type of company over that requires me to hibernate in my room and pretend that I don't live here.
Great.
Well, at least my friend is here.
