Mine is neopets. On my other computer, it's PPT, but I don't use that one much anyway.

You can. Go to Tools>Internet Options and simply type in http://www.google.com
My homepage used to be Rogers Highspeed Internet but I found myself typing in http://www.neopets.com too much therefore, I changed it to Neopets.

You probably managed to accidently set your homepage to one of those sites that makes a popup trying to make you set it as the homepage.

Ditto. It's so annoying having one page (your home page) loading when you want to get to another one instead...I frequent too many different sites to make one my home page.
