White Castle. Definatly white castle. You smell the oil and the grease before you even step inside the restaurant. Plus, its open 24/7!

Subway, without a doubt.
I haven't gone to McDonalds in over a year, and maybe once every 3 months I'll go to BK.
But the only fast food places I actually go to are Subway and Tim Hortons.
