I had such an absolute BLAST last year even during those times when I wanted to start beating my head in with my laptop.
This year I'm actually going to post my Nano progress on LJ.
It's friends only though...there is still a degree of privacy I want to keep.

:K I decided not to use my Mafia novel, as I didn't feel like I could develop 15ish characters throughout the novel.

I signed up today at school, despite the fact that I wasn't supposed to be doing non-school computer stuff. I'm Naniwai there.

That is an excellent idea, but I don't know that I'm motivated enough to actually go through with it. I have several times in the past attempted to write a story, but I am very good at thinking up beginnings and endings, and poor at finding the way for things to happen in the middle. I often get started, and then the story kind of ends after I haven't even really done anything.
I'll ponder this, and I might give it a try... it would definitely be a fun thing to do!
Edit: Okay, I read through the site and... I signed up. I don't know if I'll have the time, due to college, etc, but I can certainly give it a try. That will give me a great goal for the month of November! Same username as this.
