And you are not alone in that melon hatred. I find them all to be quite disgusting. I've yet to find a melon that I liked. And I try them again every few years just to be certain.

You're both nuts. Melons are by far the best fruits. Especially watermelons. Honeydews are nice too, and cantaloupe has its place.
