Need help with Urbz DS

Im on mission 4 and I need to decorate the stage...I can't find the theatre though. Where is it?

IT's right near the carnival and the shopping centre(Glasstown).

Yeah the one where you have to find a dealer and another person I forget I talked to the penguin not sure what to do next
