how do you actavate the dark chips i am stuck in a battle and i need to use them

Although I don't suggest using them, to activate darkchips you must let yourself become anxious (when megaman gets hit 5 times without hitting them) Then you should have it.

DON'T USE DARK CHIPS!!!! Just build a really good folder! This guide might help, http://db.gamefaqs.com/portable/gbadvance/file/mega_man_battle_network_4_folder.txt DON'T USE THEM! I have beaten the game 6 times and I haven't used a SINGLE ONE OUTSIDE OF THE TIME THAT YOU HAVE TO USE THEM! Dark chips are evil! well, they are!

where do i find a wing part for the c-slider?

it is yumland. It is under a ramp a little ways towards the entrance to adcd 2. It is the little skinny path, not the big fat one.
