Pokemon Fire Red, Leaf Green

Thu Oct 07, 2004 11:41 pm

Anyone else have either of these? I am almost to the point of being able to fight Elite 4... just about 15 more levels for my Charizard. Anyone else have this?

got rirered

I got Firered but it was disapointing because i thought you would get to go to the ruby and saphire world. The site said you could. The really cool thing is after you beat the elite four you can trade pokemon like charizard to ruby and saphire and pokemon like groudon to firered and leafgreen.

As soon as I beat the Elite 4 on Fire Red, (and find my missing copy of Ruby) I'm going to breed the starters from GSC with Ditto.

Where do I find the guy with Exp. Share? I can't find him....

I believe he is in the building as you exit fuschia heading east back toward lavender.

As soon as I find my missing copy of Ruby, I'll be able to get the whole family of Eevees and the Feraligatr family, and soon I'll have the baby Hitmon soon... :) After I leech everything I can out of Colloseum, I'll start over and try and catch Ho-oh........ P. S., how many Ultra Balls should I catch the birds with?

Mon Oct 11, 2004 8:39 pm

Well I had like 45 Ultra Balls when I went to go get meself an Articuno, when I finally got the little sucker I had 8. XD So get like 60, or if you're rich, 99. I always try to have a mass amount of Ultra Balls; never know what I'll find.

Oh, and in Fire Red, I'm outside the Pokemon League, ready to go inside and kick butt. :battar:

I accidently beat Arty, and forgot to save before the battle. Darn. P.S., do any Japanese versions have Jirachi? Celebi is on the Japanese bonus disk for Colloseum, making a legal Pokedex.

Jirachi was on the bonus disk you got by reserving Pokemon Colluseum in the good ol' USA.

I meant in Japan. I have THAT disk... :D

*goes off to make a page for the DS Pokemon releases*

Hmmm... Nope, I don't believe so. Then again, Mew was in the Japanese Red and Blue, and Celebi was in the Japanese Crystal, so I'm sure that Jirachi's somewhere in Japan... *shrug*

Well, you don't have to use ultra balls. I caught articuno with a pokeball. I am dead serious too. It really wasn't that hard. I also caught zapdos with a great ball, :P .

In Pokemon Gold (or silver can't remember), I once tried to catch Ho-oh with a Great Ball. I had 99 Great Balls. I caught him with one... but I only had 12 Great Balls left. :roflol:

I usually just use Ultra Balls for everything... except for the REALLY difficult Pokemon like Mewtwo, who is currently inside a Masterball. On Crystal I gave up on Ditto and used my Masterball on him. I should have used an attack that would paralyze him...

After I catch and purify a few more Colloseum Pokemon, I'm gonna start over. And if I can get my Gameshark to recognize FR, I'll add those tickets. And some more MBs...

Beat the Elite Four a couple of days ago, 22 hours into the file. Fun.
