I hate playing anything higher then beginner (haha) so i choose it, I dont care if I dont see the secret ending.

I'm playing on Easy. I usually do, when I start a brand new game. But you can always go back and play on a harder difficulty. ;)

Standard for me.

I'm pretty good at Kingdom Hearts. I rarely die but in return I take a longer amount of time to complete fights since I spend a lot of time looking for an opening then getting all in a boss's face.

But yeah....I want to see the secret ending. XD I know I could see it online but there's a sense of satisfaction to be gained if I get it on my own.

I'm playing on Proud. The difference between Normal and Proud is that enemies have higher HPs on Proud, and to see the secret ending on Proud mode all you have to do is clear all the worlds. To see the secret ending on Normal you need to complete Jiminy's journal (all heartless, all mini-games, etc). And unfortuantely on Beginner mode you cannot unlock the secret ending.

Does anyone else wish they'd just left Atlantica out of the game entirely? The concert minigames kind of suck.

They're certainly a change of pace for the slower. I've only actually played Swim This Way but I've also seen a video for Under the Sea because I had heard that Sora actually solos for a few lines.

I think "Swim This Way" is a badly written song...BAD bad bad...

The Under the Sea movie was cute but I'm biased (that song is also my ringtone).

Overall I don't hate the concept. I've always enjoyed rhythm/music based games. This is a very simple game (probably too simple for my tastes) but I don't really hate it. Except that Swim This Way was sooo bad.

I guess it can be a nice change of pace from all the fighting. I AM glad that, if they were going to make us play Atlantica, they made it simple minigames because I HATE the swimming controls.

OMG yes! Definately not the best way to fight. >_<

I think that was the main reason they decided to introduce the games.. so that we wouldn't have to fight there. And also probably because they didn't want to get rid of Atlantica completely.

Is anyone else finding it difficult to level up their Forms? I'm probably about 65% finished, and my Valor and Wisdom forms are at level 4, Master is at 3. I'm at the point where I'm stalling because I don't want to go too much further with the storyline, but the enemies aren't giving as much experience. Anyone else having this problem?

Hm, I'm not entirely sure about that.

I like Atlantica's new theme because it's different from the first and it's not the same as other worlds.

Also, I need to get a Magnet of some kind to advance onto Ariel's musical and I read on Gamefaqs that you get after Halloween Town. Is this true?

Yes, it's true. Magnet isn't an item though, it's a type of magic.

I have two questions which have been bothering me for a while.

First off, how did Malificent come back? The crow brought her cloak or whatever back to the tower and because the fairy's remembered her, she came back? Isn't that a, well...stupid way to bring a villian back? Couldn't they have come up with something better?

And, when Sora finishes a world, does he lock the world or open a gateway so he can venture to the next world?

Realized that now, heh. I just got Magnet and I'm heading back to Atlantica.

Yeah that's how I interpreted it: that the memory of her existance gave her the strength to return.

Ammer wrote:And, when Sora finishes a world, does he lock the world or open a gateway so he can venture to the next world?

He's opening special gateways since the worlds were no longer connected after the end of the first KH.

My brother practically has this game beat. All that's really left is the final battle but he wants to complete Jiminy's Journal first before moving on. Since I've already spoiled a lot for myself, I watched him play around in the last world for a bit provided he not show me anything I didn't already know. Like he demonstrated how Final Form worked among...other things. Awwww man....I can't wait until I'm at that point. Even I'm just doing tedious leveling. >_<

Cyanna, has he beaten Sephiroth? I peeked ahead in my strategy guide, and it says that after you complete Space Paranoids for the second time, you face Sephiroth. But the guide recommends you be at level 80! I'm just wondering if this is a mandatory battle, because I'm only at level 50 now, and I'm not interested in sitting around mindlessly levelling 30 times just to have a chance at beating Sephy. :(

Don't worry, he's optional just like in the first game. From what I'm reading on another forum, you can find him in Hollow Bastion at the location where you have the Axel/Saix/Mickey cutscene after the 1k Heartless fight. But you get a really strong keyblade if you manage to beat him.
