For the random contests. Preferably Freeware or Shareware please. I know how to use flash as a skill.

Jasc Animation Shop 3 should do the trick. I don't know what you mean by flash (:oops:) but its very good so it should work for you.
I expect you could dowload it for free from Jasc's website. Could be for a limited time though - I don't know ....
