No, I don't think so. I think they earn money from this thing. For example, other game makers pay for their games to be listed there, and they get commision if people download the game or buy it. That's what I think.

TNT/ENT is really starting to get to money grubbing... although I would too if I had the ability to make millions all with just having an internet site that was enjoyable for the most part.
