It's definitely rare because you can only get a pet like that if you have a lab ray. There is no snot paint brush (thankfully).

I don't know what Pucca actually means but it's apparently a Japanese name and this little character here is named Pucca

Kun is pronounced to rhyme with moon and is a japanese ending that means something but I don't remember what. Wow that was so un-helpful! lol
