Anyone who has used the neomail folder system may also be interested to know that you can also move neomails back to your inbox, though it seems to delete some of the older ones.

Not anymore. Its laggy for me now too. Though its not that annoying since I've just been browsing PPT anyways.

I heard from somebody in my guild that they got it through the Neopets Portal somehow... dragona5 confirmed that it is possible to get it from there, but you can also get it from somewhere on the site.

there are rumors on the neoboards that's it's already retired...dunno what's gonig on i have seem people with this avatar but haven't heard of anyone getting it even with 100 neomails
