I just created a forum last night for graphics challenges.
We currently only have 2 members and are looking for more.
We have add effects, colourization, and blend challenges.

I'm almost positive that there has been at least three different versions of the Tropikal Islands forums.

Yes, but this is a forum based around graphics challenges.
