I belive that my site is once again ready for the public to view.

I like it. I like it a lot 
A few comments:
The banner is too pixelly ( the "Kens World Online" )
I would either add a skip intro button for the splash page or get rid of it all together (its kinda annoying)
The remake is definatly (sp?) better than the old site

1. Get rid of the music. It's annoying and if someone is viewing your site while listening to their own music, you'll annoy them from the start.
2. If a splash page has no requirements, the splash page is not required; therefore it is useless.
3. Don't put apply images for your affiliates, it looks bad and it already says to the visitor that you're beginning your site and it's unfinished.
There's more but I'm too lazy to point it out... and you'll learn eventually on your own anyways.
