Your prices for both the sword and the vase are very expensive. I can find the sword for 25k on the show wizard, and the vase is a 100 NP item at best.

If you just search the item on the Shop Wizard, assuming it's not worth >99k, then you'll see how much it's currently being sold for by other people.
