This special card was designed to commemorate the 200th issue of the Neopian Times.

That's right you card collectors. The longer you wait to buy this card, the harder it gets to get ahold of. They were released to authors in the 200th issue of the Neopian Times, and after some putting them in neodecks, some being abandoned, some being frozen, and some being snatched up by collectors, there are very few available anymore, but mine is now for sale. Any collector knows that this has been going for maybe 11-15 million on the trading post. Its one of the big bamboozles of collecting cards. I do think this price is outrageous, but I also know that people have managed to buy it using sponsers, friends or organzized groups to buy it .... or other people have just been able to save up that np!
So, Im surprised that its got so much worth, but im not surprised that the cost has risen so much... there are a lot of collectors, and so very few of these left... no more are being released, so if you want one, here it is. Feel free to post or PM me an offer. I am not expecting the full price everybody else asks for... the cheapest you can get it now is 11 mil i believe... i think anything over 10 mil is downright insane. So, Ill cut everybody elses price in half so I can sell this and get my nps... im not waiting for somebody to save up all those neopoints.... 3 mil for example is definetely too low, but 10 mil is outrageous. See where I stand? I appreciate pure np, but items also accepted. Im more than willing to haggle!
