The big screen and the small screen... together at last! Hurrah!

Wow. Wowwowwow.
I saw the trailer for it when my friend dragged me to Star Wars, and WOW! I'd heard about it and absolutely dreaded it...I hate it when they make movies of books, especially good books.
This one looks amazing, though! Actually following the storyline, but with enough extra stuff to make it an actual movie. Beautiful animation, setting. Wow.

I saw the trailer too and I'm so excited!!! I loved the books and the orginal movie of the lion the witch and the wardrobe, but this one looks a million times better. I don't think I can wait until it actually comes out though.

Ooh, I want to see it to. I saw the original The Lion, the Witch and The Wardrobe in school a long time ago, I think like fifth grade or something like that. I didn't see the trailer yet, or anything from the movie.
I wonder who I can drag along to see it with me in the theaters. Hmmmm...

I remember my jaw just dropping when I saw the preview for it.

I would like to see this film, but I doubt I'll get the chance.

I have not seem the preview; however, I did see a sort of 'making-of' type clip which described the progress so far on the movie. And no wonder it's going to be so good by popular opinion - It's WETA Workshop!
For a little background (all I know actually
) WETA also worked on the Lord of the Rings trilogy in just about all ways, my favourite being the set for the Meduseld, the Golden Hall of Rohan. It's so beautiful! Pity they had to rip it down...
They also had a great time designing the beasties and baddies and various armies - that's sure to show in Narnia!

Ah, I thought there were more similarities than just the scenery
Fantastic, this is definitely not a film to be missed then!

So Disney's not ruining it? Yay!!
I watched the WETA preview on the website, it was neat to see some of the creatures and props being made. I would have thought Lucy's vial would have been bigger though.
The movie had better be good, It's based on my favourite books. If it's bad I'll just have to scream. Unfortunately I'll have to wait at least a month for it to come to the theatre here (one movie a week).

I spent a chunk of the morning looking around the website...it actually looks quite promising. I'm rather looking forward to it, which surprises me a bit.
