All right, I'm really, really bad about this. But anyway, months ago, McGonagall won Round 11. I'm going to pick from CoS, since we haven't done that yet.

Now, if he'd been an evil murderer with flair, then I would have voted for him.
But as it is, he's a horrible villain so far.
(Oh, yes, a snake coming out of the mouth of a skull just makes me quiver with fear. All right, I understand that with his reign of terror, any symbol of his would become terrifying to anyone who knew of him, even if, instead of a skull/snake, the Dark Mark was a fluffy baby chicken holding a glitter-covered sign saying, "I'M CUTE. HUG ME. ^_^", after being associated with the most feared and evil wizard of all time, it'd be warped, in people's minds, to be a symbol of absolute evil, fear, etc.
But really, it would've been nicer if he'd chosen a scarier sign in the first place. And maybe had his minions be better trained to win fights with teenagers. (Even if said minions had just come out of a prison that's equal to hell on Earth. I mean, really, don't send your followers into battle if they're not ready.))
