Ugh.
Toy Story 3 is really just pushing it. The first one was enough. The second one was already pressing its luck. Bleh. Though knowing my mom, she'll probably flip out once this comes out and want to see it. Heh.
(She loved both Toy Stories.)
But wasn't Pixar no longer making movies for Disney? Or is this seperate from Pixar?

This would be by Disney, without Pixar (Disney owns the rights to the Toy Story characters and can use them for their own productions)

I don't know, I got the impression that quite a few people preferred Toy Story 2 to the first one... and that it was one of the few movies where the sequel wasn't a flop compared to the first one. That's just from what my friends have said and one movie reviewer I heard on the radio, though

I liked Toy Story 2... Not sure about Disney having total control over a 3rd one though. We all see how great their other sequals are

Yea, Toy Story 2 wasn't really that bad. (I sort of liked it more, in fact) Toy Story 3, though, that might be, ugh, too much!

So what do you suppose they're gonna do about Slinky, considering Jim Varney's passed on?

Most likely change the voice or edit the character out completely.
Also, Toy Story 3 I believe is when Andy grows up and where the toys go from there.

Toy Story 2 was one of the few good sequels.
I guess we'll have to wait and see how good this is.

I have a bad feeling about this.

I liked
Toy Story 2 a lot more than the first one.
And I'm not sure I want to know what happens when Andy grows up.
I'm rather partial to the idea that they all live happily ever after.

geez....disney need to think of better ideas for animations instead of keep making sequels for nothing and it ending up being crap...this is one movie im not going out of my way to see!
