Every Monday, I'm going to take two music Genres and put them againest each other and the winner moves on the loser is buried in the Graveyard of Genres, after awhile after there are no genres left I will announce the winner.

While pop may not be great, I truly detest rap. It just annoys me to no end.

ARGH. I can't believe classical died T_T.

Sorry, I just felt like ranting about that.

Anyways, Rap is the worst kind of music, in my opinion. Sometimes I don't even feel like considering it as music. And as Mylene says, it just annoys me to no end.

I actually like some rap, but I'll go with pop.

(It's not like rap has a chance anyway)

Ahh I thought so, but I am running out of ideas and I am trying to save the Sub Genres for later and maybe a big popular one for the final bout.

Pop has its share of weak points, but compared to rap, it is a) relatively wholesome, b) much less prone to being blared at ear-shattering intensity, and c) actually musical.
