Anime Versus (Week 6)

Wed Nov 30, 2005 11:31 pm

Greetings, and welcome to Anime Versus. Like it's predecessors, Anime Versus will pit two competitors against each other each week, to see which one PPTers prefer. To vote, please select the anime you like best from the poll at the top of this topic, then feel free to discuss your choice below. The winner of the week will move onto the next round, and will face a new challenger anime. Should an anime win for six weeks straight, it will be removed from the competition and placed into the Anime Hall of Fame.

Last week, Fullmetal Alchemist defeated Bleach by seven votes. This week it will face a new anime.

I might as well vote in this Versus as well.

I rarely watch anime but based on the descripitions, I think Read or Die: the TV sounds more interesting.

I adore FMA and its characters, so it gets my vote. :)

FMA, never seen Read or Die xP

Thu Dec 01, 2005 1:35 pm

*votes* FMA!! Whoo!

And I've never seen/heard of the opponent. 83

I'll have to say Read or Die. I have never seen it myself, but the FMA games are horrible which puts it one step (even if it is a baby step) lower than Read or Die. Read or Die sounds interesting anyway, FMA... well... doesn't really.

FMA, totally^^

-thanks Mylene-san for not listing Paku-sama as 'Romi Park', the way so many fansites do- Her name sounds better not Englishified, darnit!

I voted for FMA. I just love that anime! :)

It's hard to choose. *votes ROD just to be different because it has magical paperness*

Sun Dec 04, 2005 11:08 pm

Full Metal Alchemist has been and continues to grow far more intruiging.

Mon Dec 05, 2005 1:04 am

I voted R.O.D, because while I really enjoy FMA, R.O.D sounds so intriguing.

Mon Dec 05, 2005 9:20 am

I'm borderline obsessed with FMA so of course, I voted for that. <3

Fullmetal Alchemist wins, 13 votes to 8. Next round will be up shortly (would have been up on time, except IE and PPT aren't getting along currently)
