I voted "Sometime between 4pm and 7pm". Honestly its hard to say when I read because of my work schedule and depending on when it changes. Most of the time I read between the hours of 3pm and 11pm.

Well... when I'm reading something it usually means I'm really into the book and I won't put it down. So I'll be reading it pretty much all day long

I usually read at night before I go to bed, but I read a fair bit at school too (at the moment it's Journey's End and Lord Of The Flies in English)

When I need to read something for school, I read it after I'm done with my homework (around 8:30 PM-ish)
When I read for enjoyment... never.

I tend to read from 10-11 pm. Unless I'm on a school break, then I tend to stay up late playing video games and watching T.V.
