It's a toss up between Survivor and Sureal Life.
I went with Sureal because it's consistantly funny/silly. Survivor has some pretty sub-standard episodes every now and then.
Seriously, wouldn't Fear Factor count as a game show instead of Reality TV?
If so, then I'd have to say MXC: Most Extreme Elimination.
