I hate H/G. Mostly because of that, I choose McGonagall. But also because McGonagall is too cool.

McGonagall for sure. Ginny isn't bad or anything...but she's not all that great either.

I think Ginny is sweet, obviously she's not the greatest character, but she has a lot of good qualities and she makes me laugh with some of the stuff she says.

I really don't like Ginny. My friend says JKR made Ginny seem annoying in the first few books, and she still gives me that impression now, even though she seems to be expressed less annoyingly in the newer books.

And I hate Harry/Ginny... I want Harry/Luna!! ='(

I agree with you. I have hated the idea of H/G whenever I see fanfics and icons on LJ. McGonagall doesn't get enough credit.

McGonagall. Personally, I find Ginny a rather bland character. Why doesn't she have any flaws?

(This post was almost, but not quite, brought to you by the letters M and S, which stand for Mary Sue. But I shall show tremendous self-restraint in not describing Ginny as one even though she is).

I picked McGonagall mostly because I hate H/G, but also because Minerva has the best attitude ever, and Ginny seems so demanding to me.. Ginny was such a good character in OotP but got on my nerves in HBP, so yes.
